In solidarity with the poor and suffering, please join our St. Mel community every Friday during Lent at 6:00 p.m. for a ministry-sponsored simple soup meal in the Auditorium followed by Stations of the Cross at 7:00 p.m. in the church. Donation will be accepted for those in need.
This one-day retreat begins and ends with holy Mass and includes insightful talks from Fr. Hsieh, confession, Rosary and much time for spiritual reflection. Saturday, March 4th in St. Mel Church at 8:15 am to 6:00 pm.
Father Jacob Hsieh is a Norbertine priest of St. Michael’s Abbey in Orange County. The retreat is free to all who wish to attend. Registration is required to submit name, email address and phone number. Those registered and confirmed to attend who do not show up shall be charged with a fine of $10.00.

All we need to do is show up empty-handed and open-hearted. Join us for silent prayer in the intimate St. Mel Convent Chapel.

We will gather for some coffee and share a treat and then dive into a conversation building on our community and faith.

Knitters and Crocheters of all levels are welcome. Feel free to bring your own knitting needles, crochet hooks, and yarn. We will provide tools and yarn for anyone that needs them.
Take advantage of this opportunity to care for yourself and your relationships while St. Mel Volunteers (all Virtus trained) watch your child (or children) from 6:00—9:30 p.m.
Dinner, games, crafts, and movies are included for a nominal fee of $40/1 child, $50/2 children, and $60/3 children. Fun for you, fun for your kids!
