Join us for the St. Mel Bingo Grand Opening Bash—an exciting day filled with fun, prizes, food, and community spirit!
Celebrate the kickoff of our new Bingo events and enjoy a lively afternoon with friends and family, all while supporting St. Mel Parish.
🎟 $65 Per Player
Buy-in includes three packs.
(Admission is limited to adults 18 and over)
15 paper games.
Payout up to $500.
Strip and Pull Tabs available for purchase.
Raffle prizes.

General Admission
1. All guests must purchase an admission packet to participate in bingo games.
2. Players must be at least 18 years old
3. Seating first come, first served.
4. No outside food or beverages unless approved by event organizers.
Bingo Game Rules
1. Bingo numbers are called only by the official caller.
2. Players are responsible for marking their own cards correctly.
3. A winning player must loudly call “BINGO” before the next number is announced.
4. All winning cards will be verified by bingo staff before prizes are awarded.
5. In the event of multiple winners, prizes may be split equally unless otherwise announced.
6. Decisions made by bingo officials are final.
Conduct & Sportsmanship
1. Respectful behavior is required at all times.
2. Disruptive conduct, cheating, or harassment may result in removal from the event without refund.
3. Players should keep noise levels low while numbers are being called.
Prize Policies
1. Prizes must be claimed during the event.
2. Unclaimed prizes become property of the event organizers after the event ends.
3. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specified.
Fundraiser Policy
1. All proceeds support St. Mel Parish.
2. Donations are appreciated and may be tax-deductible where applicable.
Safety & Liability
1. Participants attend at their own risk.
2. Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
3. Emergency exits and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
