The St. Mel Community will be holding our Gala/Auction on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in O'Connor Center. The proceeds from our live and silent auction will help us to continue all of the amazing programs and activities we have at St. Mel.
Funds raised from this event will help cover the operating expenses of our church and schools and enhance various ministries in the parish that benefit the entire west valley community, while also providing the opportunity to offer our students enrichment programs such as art, music, drama, computer science, and foreign language programs.
The theme this year is “March Madness: St. Mel’s Shining Moments!” and it will be held the weekend before the NCAA March Madness Tournament tips off. It's a sports-themed event but we will showcase and highlight all the Shining Moments our parish, school, and preschool have accomplished and shared as a TEAM!

In order to make this a successful fundraiser for St. Mel, we need everyone’s help! Some of the most exciting and profitable items come from the unique opportunities, experiences, or items you or someone you know may have to offer! You, the company you may work for, every business you patronize, are all potential donors to our fundraiser by contributing a service or item for bidding or underwriting our event through the levels of giving sponsorship.
This is also a great way to make a tax-deductible donation!
We are asking everyone in our community to take this letter and donor form and either contribute something or share the form with anyone that might be able to help our cause. More copies will be available in the school office and parish center. If everyone uses or passes along just one donor form to a potential donor, the outcome would be phenomenal!
